MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, staying closely involved in the work and helping customers shape their projects. As part of the father and son team, he brings a practical, hands on approach to each job and gives attention to what’s needed from the outset through to completion.
He guides the work by staying engaged with the details and making sure each stage is understood before it moves ahead. Miltiadis keeps the team focused on the agreed direction and takes a considered approach when decisions arise, so the finished job reflects what the customer has asked for.
Customers deal directly with a leader who listens to their concerns and keeps them informed as the project takes shape. Miltiadis makes space for questions and explains things in straightforward terms, helping people feel comfortable discussing their home and the work underway in Bentleigh East.
