MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, staying closely involved in the work and the way each project is handled. As part of the father and son team, he helps keep jobs organised and gives each home the care and attention it deserves, including projects for customers in Parkdale.
He guides the work with a practical eye for detail, checking that the finish is right and that each stage is carried out with care. Miltiadis keeps the focus on the agreed scope, making thoughtful decisions as the job progresses and ensuring the result meets the needs of the home.
Customers can expect Miltiadis to be approachable and clear throughout the project. He takes time to explain the work, listens to what matters to each household and keeps communication straightforward. His hands on involvement helps customers feel informed and comfortable, from the first discussion through to the completed work.
