MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis Karaliolios leads Athans Building Services, guiding bathroom renovation work in Bentleigh and keeping each project on track. He stays involved as plans take shape, helping the team understand what each home needs. His role is to oversee the work and make sure the details are considered at every stage.
He leads by setting clear priorities and checking that each part of the job fits the overall plan. For bathroom renovations, he considers how the carpentry will connect with the room’s layout and finishes. He helps the team stay focused, address practical needs and carry out the work thoughtfully.
Customers have a direct point of contact in Miltiadis throughout their project. He takes time to explain what’s happening, listens when questions come up and keeps customers across the next steps. This helps make decisions easier and gives people a clear sense of how their bathroom renovation is progressing.
