MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis Karaliolios leads Athans Building Services’ bathroom renovation work in Springvale. As part of the father and son team, he stays closely involved in each project, helping shape the work from the planning stages through to the final checks and ensuring decisions suit the home and the people who live there.
He guides bathroom projects with a clear plan, keeping the sequence of work organised and checking that each stage is ready for the next. Miltiadis considers how the finished room will function day to day, and works through practical choices with customers before the work moves ahead.
Customers working with Miltiadis can expect a steady point of contact and a considered approach throughout the renovation. He explains what is happening, listens when priorities change and keeps an eye on the final details, so the process feels manageable and the completed bathroom reflects the agreed plans.
