MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, guiding kitchen renovation work in Clayton South from the first discussion through to completion. He helps customers shape practical plans for their homes and keeps each job focused on what matters to them, including how the kitchen will work for everyday life.
When leading a kitchen renovation, Miltiadis considers how cabinets, pantry or island units and storage fit the space. He keeps the work organised, checks that decisions suit the home and makes sure preparation for other trades is considered along the way. His hands on approach helps keep the job moving.
Customers can expect Miltiadis to listen to their ideas, explain what’s happening and keep them informed as the work progresses. He pays attention to how each part comes together and follows through on agreed details, so customers feel supported and know who to speak with throughout their kitchen renovation.
