MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, guiding each project from the first conversation through to the final checks. For kitchen renovations in Clayton, he helps shape the work around the home, considers how the space needs to function and keeps the job moving with a clear plan.
He takes a hands on approach to leading the work, paying close attention to how each part fits together. From cabinetry and storage to the details around doors and windows, Miltiadis keeps the finished kitchen practical and suited to the home, while coordinating the work as it progresses.
Customers deal directly with Miltiadis and know who is overseeing their project. He keeps them informed about what’s happening, listens to their preferences and makes time to check the details before the job is finished. That personal involvement helps customers feel comfortable with the process and confident in the result.
