MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, guiding kitchen renovation projects in Springvale with care and a clear focus. He helps shape how each job is approached, making sure the household’s practical needs and the details of the space guide decisions from the outset.
On each project, Miltiadis keeps a close eye on the work, from cabinet and island fitting through to the finishing touches. He considers how the layout will function, checks that details sit neatly together and coordinates the carpentry with the next stages of work where needed.
Customers working with Miltiadis can expect clear conversations about the job and thoughtful attention to what matters in their home. He keeps people informed as the work progresses, listens to their preferences and works towards a finished kitchen that feels practical, considered and suited to everyday use.
